Rating Accuracy Review with Strategic Action Plan
Understanding and navigating a VA Claim File review is a time-consuming and complex task. Our Rating Accuracy Review is designed to be a force multiplier for your firm, saving you valuable time and providing a clear path to success for your veteran clients.
We provide a comprehensive review of VA claim files, delivering a strategic action plan which provides a roadmap for success that is fully supported by VA regulations and M21-1 citations.
Unrivaled Expertise
Our team is composed of retired VA Rating Quality Review Specialists (RQRS). These are not just former VA employees; they represent the top tier of VA adjudicative experts in the country. There is no one more qualified to review your clients claim file and prepare a strategic action plan for winning the claim.
The primary job of a VA RQRS is to review entire VA claim files and identify errors in a veteran’s rating history. Our RQRS team brings this specialized skill to your firm: the ability to uncover Clear and Unmistakable Errors (CUEs) in a veteran’s claim history. Identifying these errors can unlock substantial retroactive payments, providing a significant financial benefit to both your client and your firm. This ability to identify CUEs and unlock large retroactive payments makes VAMO a valuable partner for your firm.
